Marketing, systems and AI agents, from A to Z

Your next hire is an AI agent.

We build your whole commercial machine, from A to Z. The marketing that brings customers in: strategy, ads, creative and a website that converts. And the systems and AI agents behind it, which answer every enquiry, follow up, invoice and report, around the clock. We start by learning how your business actually runs. Only then do we build.

Our promise, in one line

We bring the customers in. Our agents do the rest.

If we can’t measure it, we don’t sell it.

From A to Z

One team for the whole journey, from first ad to final report.

Most companies piece this together from an ad agency, a web builder, a software vendor and a bookkeeper who never talk to each other. With us it is one team and one connected system, so nothing gets lost between the steps and every euro can be followed from the ad that earned it to the order it became.

  1. 01Marketing

    Positioning and offer

Who you sell to, what you say, and why they should choose you.

  2. 02Marketing

    Ads and creative

Campaigns and visuals that bring in the right enquiries, not just clicks.

  3. 03Marketing

    Website and funnel

Pages where visitors can get a price, book and pay on the spot.

  4. 04Agent

    First response

Every enquiry answered within minutes, day or night.

  5. 05Agent

    Follow‑up and quote

Reminders, quotes and next steps, without anyone having to chase.

  6. 06System

    Payment and planning

Online payment and a calendar that respects your real capacity.

  7. 07Agent

    CRM and bookkeeping

Every deal, invoice and payment matched in one place.

  8. 08Agent

    Reporting

What came in, what it cost and what was signed, in your inbox.

Marketing

Marketing that brings customers in, and a system that turns them into orders.

We are a marketing company first. We plan, produce and run the marketing ourselves, and we build the website, payment and CRM behind it, so the customers your marketing earns don’t leak away before they sign.

Strategy and positioning

Who you sell to, what you promise and why it beats the alternative. Grounded in a measurement of your market and your competitors, not in a brainstorm.

Built on our own market scan: 358 companies assessed on 24 points.

Advertising that steers on revenue

Campaigns on Meta and Google, set up on cost per qualified enquiry instead of clicks and impressions. Every euro can be traced to what it brought in.

Run in installation, construction, bathrooms, health and consumer brands.

Creative and content

Ads, visuals, video and social posts, produced in‑house and tested continuously, so the winners get more budget and the rest stop costing money.

Produced for our own brands and for clients, in several languages.

Websites and funnels that convert

A configurator, webshop or funnel that lets customers put together what they need and see a fixed price straight away. Not a contact form that becomes a callback three days later.

61 products, 4 brands, 1 to 5 rooms, instant price calculation.

Email, SMS and retention

Welcome flows, reminders, reactivation campaigns and post‑purchase messages, so the customers you already paid to win come back and buy again.

Reactivation campaigns and order flows on Klaviyo and our own mail systems.

Payment, booking and CRM

Customers book and pay themselves, in stages, with the payment methods their market expects. Every enquiry lands in your CRM with its source, stage and next step.

Payment in 3 stages via Bancontact, card and Klarna. Integrations with Teamleader, Shopify, Klaviyo, Stripe and Make.

What our agents take over

Six roles we already hand to agents.

Every agent below has been built and is running for real businesses. Each one works inside the tools you already use, follows the rules you set, and passes anything outside those rules to a person on your team, with the full context attached.

Takes over the support inbox and website chat

Customer service

Answers customer questions day and night, in your tone of voice and with your real prices, products and policies. When a question needs a human, it says so and hands over the whole conversation, so nobody has to start again.

Live on the website of an installation company in Antwerp, answering customers outside office hours.

Takes over data entry, matching and payment checks

Bookkeeping and finance

Invoices, payments and bank lines matched against your CRM and accounting software. Revenue, margin and open files come from one source, and nothing is written into your books without the rules you approved.

Connected to accounting software, Stripe and the CRM, with every write behind an approval step.

Takes over lead intake, quotes and follow‑up

Sales and follow‑up

Every enquiry becomes a deal with the right stage, owner and next step. Quotes go out on time, reminders follow by email and text, and no lead waits until tomorrow for an answer.

13 automated messages across 11 pipeline stages, plus 6 monitored background jobs that catch what went wrong.

Takes over prospect research and first outreach

Lead generation

Finds the companies that match your ideal customer, researches each one, and prepares a personal first message for you to approve. Your salespeople start with a warm list instead of an empty spreadsheet.

358 companies mapped and scored on 24 points, with research and a drafted message per company.

Takes over the numbers nobody had time to pull

Reporting and management

A briefing in your inbox: what came in, what it cost, what was signed, and what needs your attention today. Not impressions and reach, but appointments and orders.

A weekly sales briefing and a daily operations digest, straight from the CRM and payment data.

Takes over the daily checks and loose ends

Operations and back office

Checks that nothing slips through: a payment without a file, a sync that failed, a job without a date. It fixes what it can and flags what it can’t, before a customer notices.

Reconciliation every 5 minutes across 11 pipeline stages.

Something else repetitive in your business? Most roles can be broken down into steps an agent can carry out. In the first conversation we’ll tell you honestly whether yours is one of them.

Replace the role, keep the standard

What changes when a role moves to an agent.

An agent replaces the repetitive part of a job: the inbox, the data entry, the follow‑up, the checks. Your people stop doing work a system can do, and spend their time where a person makes the difference: the customer at the table, the decision, the relationship.

Agents don’t replace judgement. Decisions with real consequences stay with your team; the agent prepares them, so the person deciding has everything in front of them.

How we work

We learn your business first. Then we build.

Most automation fails because it is built from a sales call instead of from the work itself. We do it the other way round: we come to you, learn how everything runs and how you want it done, and only then start building.

  1. 01

We come to you and listen

We sit with the people who do the work today, on site or by video. We map every step, every tool, every exception, and every shortcut that never made it into a manual.

  2. 02

We agree how you want it done

Your tone of voice, your rules, your limits. What the agent may decide on its own, what it must check first, and what always goes to a person. Nothing is assumed.

  3. 03

We build and test on your real work

The agent runs alongside your team on real cases before it takes anything over. You see every output and approve it. It goes live when it has earned it.

  4. 04

We go live and stay on

Once it performs, it takes over. We monitor it, report in results you can check, and adjust it as your business changes.

  5. 05

    Then the next role

Most clients start with one role. Once it runs, the next one goes faster, because the groundwork is already in place.

Work and proof

Some of what we have built.

Work from different sectors. We start with the case whose figures we can show openly, because there we run the entire commercial side ourselves.

Sector: heating, cooling and façade work

What changed

  • The website became a sales channel. Customers configure their installation, see a fixed price, book a date and pay online. That channel did not exist before.
  • Quotes go out automatically. The price on screen, the quote PDF and the payment come from the same source, so they can never drift apart and nobody has to write a quote by hand.
  • Nothing falls through the cracks. Every enquiry arrives in the CRM as a deal with its source, stage and follow‑up task, checked every five minutes by a reconciliation job.
  • A business track was added. Property managers, building administrators and contractors go through their own enquiry flow with their own follow‑up, separate from private customers.

This platform has 32 pages, 37 API routes and 23 database migrations, more than 20,000 lines of code in total. We don’t mention that to impress with technology, but because it explains why a campaign on top of an ordinary brochure site rarely works.

Installation and maintenance

Maintenance sold as an online product

Customers choose their package and pay online straight away. The team receives the file in the CRM automatically, with a note that only a date still needs to be set. No phone call needed to make the sale.

Market research

A market scan of an entire sector

Our own system that maps companies and measures their online sales process on 24 points. Before a first conversation, we already know where the gains are for you, instead of giving a general pitch.

E‑commerce and consumer brands

Brands we built from zero

Our own webshops and sales funnels in personal care and consumer products: ads, product page, checkout, upsell and the email flows after it, including the payment methods that differ per country.

Property managers and contractors

A business track next to the private one

Business enquiries need a different rhythm, a different price structure and different follow‑up. We set that up as a separate track, with its own forms, CRM stages and follow‑up emails.

Automation

Systems that take over work

Reports, outreach flows, file follow‑up and checks that run and monitor themselves. Built with language models where that helps, and with plain code where that is more reliable.

Connections between CRM, accounting and payment processing, so that revenue, margin and open files come from one source. Without that, you are steering on gut feeling.

Where we work

Twelve sectors, the same problem.

A roofer, a webshop and a property manager seem to have nothing in common. Yet they lose time and money in the same places: the enquiry nobody answered, the quote nobody followed up, the admin nobody had time for. We have built for each of these sectors.

01

Heating, cooling and climate

Air conditioning, heat pumps, boilers and maintenance, with the configurator and scheduling underneath.

02

Windows, doors and façades

Projects with a site visit, where the appointment itself is the product the campaign sells.

03

Roofing, insulation and renovation

High order values and long lead times, so everything depends on the follow‑up after the quote.

04

Plumbing and bathrooms

From showroom to webshop, with product data that says the same thing in both places.

05

Construction and contracting

Enquiry flows that separate the small jobs from the projects worth going out for.

06

Property and building management

Business projects with their own enquiry flow, kept separate in the CRM and in the follow‑up.

07

E‑commerce and webshops

Our own brands built up: ads, order flow, payments, upsell and retention.

08

Health and personal care

One of the most tightly regulated and most competitive markets online.

09

Retail and consumer brands

From first impression to repeat purchase, steered on customer value instead of clicks.

10

Professional services

Longer sales cycles, where most of the money disappears in the silence between two conversations.

11

Recruitment

Campaigns and fully automated outreach flows, with follow‑up and a log of every contact.

12

Tourism and hospitality

Positioning and investment cases, where the story counts as much as the reach.

In some sectors we run the entire commercial side, in others the agents or the technology underneath. In the first conversation we’ll tell you which applies to your sector, and exactly what we have built there.

Why S&S

We build it, and we stay to run it.

That is rarer than it sounds. Most agencies deliver a tool or a campaign and disappear once it is switched on. We stay on both sides of the line: where the system is built, and where your customer signs.

Measure first

We measure before we build

Before the first conversation we have already assessed your online sales process on 24 points. You don’t get a general pitch, but a list of where your business is leaking time and money, and what that costs you each month.

In‑house

We build everything ourselves

The agents, the ads, the website, the integrations: all from one team. No subcontractor in between, so no delays, no misunderstandings and no extra margin.

Sales side

We know the sales side from the inside

One of us has signed quotes at customers’ kitchen tables for more than ten years. What goes wrong at that table shows up the next day in how we build.

Results

We report in results, not activity

Messages sent and tasks completed are not results on their own. You see what came in, what it cost, what was signed and what the agent handled. If a number looks wrong, tell us and we fix it.

What we don’t do. We deliberately take on a limited number of clients at a time. Building agents and staying on to run them is something else than switching on a tool, and anyone who claims to do that for dozens of companies at once does it well for none of them.

Questions we get asked

Before you book a call.

Can we start with only the marketing, or only an agent?

Yes. Some clients start with the marketing, others with one agent. Most end up with both, because each makes the other stronger: the marketing brings in more enquiries, and the agents make sure more of them turn into signed orders.

Will an agent make mistakes?

Any system can, and so can any employee. That is why every agent works within rules you approved, is tested on your real cases before it takes anything over, and hands anything uncertain to a person. Everything it does is logged, so a mistake is visible and fixed instead of hidden.

What happens to our data?

Agents work inside your own accounts and tools. Your customer data, your CRM and your ad accounts stay in your name. If we ever stop working together, you keep everything and we remove our access.

Do we have to change our software?

Usually not. We build on what you already use, such as Teamleader, Shopify, Klaviyo, Stripe, Make and your accounting software. Where a tool really holds you back, we tell you why before we change anything.

What does it cost?

That depends on the role and on how your business runs, which is exactly why we start by learning it. After the first visit you receive a fixed proposal: what the agent will do, what it costs, and what it should deliver. No surprises afterwards.

How quickly can an agent be live?

It depends on the role and the tools involved. You get a timeline in the proposal, and the agent only takes over once it has proven itself on your real work.

Do you work with companies in my country?

Yes. We work with companies wherever they are. The first visit happens on site or by video, the agents work in the languages your customers speak, and they run in the cloud, so distance makes no difference to how they perform.

Is this only for large companies?

No. Most of our clients are owner‑led businesses, where one missed enquiry or one late invoice is felt straight away. That is where an agent makes the most visible difference.

Next step

Twenty minutes, and you’ll know whether this fits.

No presentation and no quote on the table. We ask about your business, you ask about ours, and afterwards we both know whether it makes sense. If we can’t deliver for you, we’ll say so in that same conversation.
